Pratita, from northern Bali, began her journey into yoga and meditation as a teenager, embracing mindfulnes as a way of life. For her, yoga is more than a practice - it‘s a path to discovering our true nature - acceptance and the alignment of mind, speech and action.

As a certified yoga instructor from esteemed schools like the Bihar school of yoga and Semyak Institute of Yoga & Ayurveda in India, Pratita embodies the spirit of a lifelong student, continuelly learning and teaching. She draws inspiration from varius disciplines including Ashtanga, Yin yoga and martial arts.
